Shipping Policy

All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of the order. It typically takes 5-8 business days after processing to receive your order. 

 All Orders Ship for FREE! 

Charleston Charm Boutique will NOT be responsible for:

• We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns.

• Delays with shipping due to post office error.

• Products that are lost, damaged, misdelivered, or stolen packages in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.

• Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

• Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
